The 2009–10 South Carolina Gamecocks women's basketball team will represent the University of South Carolina in the 2009–10 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Gamecocks will be coached by Dawn Staley. The Gamecocks are a member of the Southeastern Conference and will attempt to win the NCAA championship. ==Offseason== *May 4: The Gamecocks will participate in the 2009 US Virgin Islands Paradise Jam at University of Virgin Islands.
